Cathy Adolph

CBRS intern at Treasure Valley Mental Health, Boise

Mental health and physical health aren't separate projects. Cathy has spent her career working on both, and she'll help you build the day-to-day skills that make life work better.

About Cathy

Cathy is a dual-discipline wellness professional pursuing her Master of Social Work at Boise State University while providing Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) for Treasure Valley Mental Health. A Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer since 2003, she bridges the gap between physical and mental health.

Cathy also brings a decade of crisis intervention experience as a team lead for the Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline, where she champions client autonomy and goal-oriented care. In her free time, she stays active as a runner, triathlete, rock climber, and drummer.

Cathy's work is part of our Community-Based Rehabilitation Services: practical, one-on-one support in your home and community for the skills that make the rest of the week go better.

How do I start CBRS with Cathy?
