Online therapy anywhere in Idaho

If you live in Twin Falls, McCall, Pocatello, or a town too small to have a therapist, or you're in Boise and can't add another drive to your week, you can still see us. Every therapist here offers telehealth to anyone in Idaho.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You're outside the Treasure Valley and options near you are limited
  • Your schedule, kids, or health make getting to an office hard
  • You'd be more comfortable talking from your own space
  • You started in person and life changed
  • You want to keep seeing your therapist while traveling in Idaho
  • You'd rather not run into anyone in a waiting room

You don't need to check every box, and you don't need a diagnosis to reach out.

How online sessions work

Sessions happen over a secure video link or by phone, whichever you prefer. You'll get a link before your appointment; there's nothing to install for video on most devices. Find a private spot, put in earbuds if you share walls, and it works like an in-person session.

Who it's for

Telehealth works well for anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and ongoing support. Couples can join from the same room or from two locations. For young children, in-person play therapy is usually the better fit, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.

Same care, same coverage

Online sessions are billed the same way as office visits. Most insurance plans, including Idaho Medicaid, cover telehealth. You can switch between online and in-person sessions whenever you want. Idaho licensing means we can see you anywhere in the state, but not across state lines.

Therapists who work with this

Each has a different style. Read a profile, pick the person who sounds right, and request an appointment with them directly.

Common questions

Do I have to live near Boise?

No. Anywhere in Idaho works. Our therapists are licensed in Idaho, so the only requirement is that you're physically in the state during your session.

Is online therapy as effective as in person?

For most concerns adults bring to therapy, research and our own experience say it works comparably well. The relationship with your therapist matters more than the room.

What do I need?

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, an internet connection, and a private place to talk. If video isn't possible, phone sessions are available.

Is it private?

We use a video platform built for healthcare. On your end, earbuds and a closed door go a long way. Ask your therapist if you have concerns about privacy at home.

Ready when you are.

Reaching out is the hardest step. The rest we'll figure out together.
